Account Suspension and Closure

Deposits and Withdrawals

65bet supports a range of payment methods tailored for players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may vary by payment method and player tier. Deposit Policy

All deposits made into your 65bet account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden and will be returned. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed on the cashier screen at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method chosen and the completion status of your KYC verification. 65bet may request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where the amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where the transaction triggers an internal compliance review. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to reduce risk on bonus bets, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found engaged in such activity will be permanently closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 65bet are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission unless the specific game or sportsbook module provides an explicit cash-out option. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the details of any bet before confirming it. 65bet will not accept requests to void bets based on player error after the bet has been accepted by the system.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 65bet cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other events. All match results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport. In the event of a match being abandoned or rescheduled, 65bet's void bet rules will apply as specified on the relevant market page. BDT-denominated odds will be displayed at the time of bet placement and will not change once a bet is confirmed.

Casino and Crash Games

All casino games hosted on 65bet — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant-win titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate using certified RNG technology. The house edge and RTP for each game are determined by the game provider and cannot be altered by 65bet or the player. In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined in accordance with the rules of the specific game provider. Any winnings generated during a software error will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

65bet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulatorswhen requested to provide information relating to suspected prohibited activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have all associated winnings permanently voided.

65bet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we invest heavily in platform reliability and security, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical interruptions, and we shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a direct result of a platform outage or connectivity issue beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

65bet reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page unless a specific future effective date is stated. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or your use of the 65bet platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law, as well as any applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which 65bet operates. 65bet endeavors to resolve all player disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal customer support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, players may escalate the matter through appropriate external channels. 65bet will cooperate in good faith with any formally initiated dispute resolution procedure. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action first arose; claims submitted outside this window will be time-barred.
